WANTED: 1,000 HISTORY MAKERS *

A HUGE thank you to all our respondents who have made history for Fitzroy North!

We have had a fantastic response and believe we can influence future planning decisions for our suburb.

The Project 3068 survey has taken over a year in the making, and now we are absolutely delighted to publish the initial results from the 791 completed surveys.

The Interim Report is now available to be downloaded.

Many thanks to all those who volunteered to join focus groups. With such a large number of responses, covering a wide demographic, we may not need to seek further information.

The team at Project 3068 are progressing with:

  • Data analysis

  • Report writing

Further results will be published on this website with the final report expected to be ready by the end of October.

First, a word cloud showing your responses to the first question.

What do you value about Fitzroy North?

A word cloud presents words displayed in different sizes based on frequency in a text - more frequent words appear larger, while less common words appear smaller.

What is Project 3068?

With 1000 responses we will have the power to influence future planning by local, state and federal governments. We can make history.

Community action saved the Fitzroy Pool and Fitzroy High School, and led to the development of the Bargoonga Nganjin Library.
